    Once you have found a property you are interested in, contact the operating company that handles the property by email or by phone. Upon telling them your desired conditions, the operating company will give you detailed information, such as the vacancy status, a price estimate, and property information.

    Once you have decided on a room, you can apply easily online using the application form.
    The required documents may differ depending on the operating company, but please have a copy of your personal identification on hand (passport, residence card, etc.).
    *A cancellation fee may be applied for cancelations after the application has been submitted, depending on the operating company.

    A screening will be held based on the information in the application form.
    The contract will be formed after the screening has concluded. Please reply to the contract and complete payment by the due date. Payment methods may differ depending on the operating company, but generally bank transfers and credit card payments are accepted.
